Can Alli Help those with IBS
For years I've suffered with IBS with much constipation. I would like to lose 25lbs. Would I be a good candidate taking Alli?

I would recommend using what's called "colon cleanse" you can find it at most higher end grocery stores. I suffered with constipation most of my life and have found a new best friend!
They're just pill you take at first once a day and then increase to three times a day. After the first two weeks I felt the best. During the first two it's kind of crazy, you wont 'go' on yourself but you will need to be near a rest room as your gut can get cranky when it's ready to go. The pills are good for fiber supplement but wont clog you like others, just make sure you drink your water!
Im not sure about alli with IBS though. Maybe talk to your doctor?
I've heard Aloe Vera Supplements almost eliminate IBS, may want to give them a try.

I suffered for years with IBS - most laxatives dont work... the product which does work is Bowtrol. This has nothing to do with weightloss, however you'll feel less bunged up!
