my trim spa diary starting June 6,2005 |

Hi everyone
My name is Jackie and I am very motivated to lose about 20lbs in 2 months. My current weight is 163 as of this morning. My ideal weight by August 1st should be 140-143 lbs.
As of today I will take the 3 a day pills and next wk will start with the 4, just because the body gets used to it. I am drinking lots and lots of water and as of today I started a detox diet, to purify my body. everyday I will keep you posted of my progress, how im feeling, my workout routine and every monday of my weight.

Hey sorry... I got lost for 2 days, but hey im back to let you know whats going on!
Day 1: monday
I didnt feel hungry all day at all, but i did hate peeing all day long, like every ten minutes. I workout (cardio)for 30 min. burned 250 cal.
Day 2: tuesday
Woke up a little late, since i didnt have to go to work. drank my pill with water and also had the detox juice. Dont give up i really have to do this for myself. I know i can do it. workedout (cardio) 45 min burned 500 cal.
Day 3: wednesday
OMG. I woke up with the biggest headache.. I know it has to do with the detox diet. My juicer broke so I had to do it in the blender with water so I think i didnt get enough nutrients in the juice drink. I felt so weak the whole day. I decided not to workout or take the 3rd pill. So i bought a new juicer to so if that made a difference. I went to sleep right after i made the juice
Day 4: today-thursday
Wow i feel great for sure it had to do with the juice. not feeling hungry at all and im taking my pills regularly. But i decided that im only going to do this detox diet for tomorrow and next week i'll start the 2nd part of it which i believe its easier. I will work out tonigh... cardio and next week i will start to bring in the weights. also I will weigh myself on saturday to see if the detox diet helped. ok ill let you know tomorrow how it went!

well for the first week it consist of:
Make it in the juicer and make plenty for a regular size pitcher. this is only for one day.
3 bags of carrots
3 green peppers (take out seeds)
3 bags of celery
2 TBSP of organic honey
2 TBSP of bee pollen powder
You drink a big full glass of this for your three meals
also during the day drink egg plant water as much as you can
1 big eggplant cut into chunks and place in a pitcher with warm water. let sit for a day so the water absorbs the nutrients from the eggplant. place in refregerator for it to cool. and drink as water
also drink all the water you can all day
so what im doing is all this.. plus drinking my trim spa pills and doing a MILD workout.
Its supposed to be like that for 7 days, i will only do for 5, until tomorrow
on the weekend i will eat healthy and on monday i will start the second phase of it which consist of eating fruits, some special veggie soup and other stuff if you are interested on that second part let me know ill post it.

day 5- friday
Last night I talk to one of the trainers at the gym he told me if i was doing such a strict detox, I shouldnt do it for more than 3 day, because it would start to eat my muscle instead of my fat. so yesterday was my last day... I wanted to see if with the detox diet I had lost any pounds and I weighted myself this morning.
Weight=158 yeiiiiiyaaa that 5 lbs less in 5 days. a pound a day. Im so excited ...I hope trim spa contributed to this.. will this this wk when i just maintain a healthy diet and exercising more this wk. so ill keep you in touch. |
