Has any one had any experince with Fitness Boot Camp? It seems like a good way to get motivated and alot cheaper then getting a personal trainer. |

| I used to teach a beginner's bootcamp class. It was not nearly as strenuous as the one's you see on TV, however, I included lots of smaller moves done for a very long duration. (Example: taking a 2lb. dumbell & bicep curling it 100-120 times...not so easy by the 60 or 70th rep!) This creates powerful endurance, balance & strength. I did not "torture" my students, however, they never asked me to kick it up either...I was told by one person that my class may seem simple to any onlookers, but the students taking it were braver than that for actually taking it, not watching it! |
