LOL well I am sleeping fine. Its the going to bed I am having a problem with. But to be honest I cannot say its the Lipovarin, things are stressful in my corner of the world, so that may contribute.
I did get a little nauseated today, but I think its just because I didn't drink enough water. I did eat more frequently today, twice so far instead of only once a day. I received my other products today, so I am starting the 3 week plan in the morning. |

hi CTYWCH
I have also started my 3 week plan. I started yesterday the 24th. I am down nearly 2 lbs. I love this stuff. NO side effects yet. I am drinking a lot of water. I hope it keeps working. I need to get back into my 7/8 I am up to a tight 10 which does't make me happy at all . I worked so hard to lose 50lbs and then to be so careless to put it back on . I hope this helps me get back on track. So far so good. |

hey CtyWch
I didn't put all my weight back on. About 18 lbs came back to haunt me. And at almost 5'5 that looks like alot. I also put it on in my hips/thighs. Like a pear shape. UGH!!!!!! It seems I am always battling this. It's something I will always have be aware of. I will stay posted and look forward to reading how you are doing. |

I love it too. I am down 5lbs since the 24th and I am on my monthly. I started that yesterday and droped another 1 1/2 lbs. I am also back on track watching carb intake. I drink alot of water. Still no side effects. Oh I haven't really worked out much either. I hope it keeps coming off. I am sleeping good too I stay up alittle later which my husband loves. I was crashing out at 9:00 on the couch and he had to wake me to go to bed. So this is great. |

DB ~
163.5 and 7.5 inches gone!! My goal is 125-130, that seems SO far away! I hear ya about the staying up later. I have been in bed by 9 for the year or so. I usually go to bed after I get my kids down for the night. Now I am up till 12 or so, which my husband loves as well! |

ok we have the same goal I am down to 150 almost 5'5 I want to get back to 125-130. I am determined to get back there. I can't believe how I let myself slip. But oh well on track now. Worring about the screw up doesn't do me anygood. However I will be more aware of it when I reach my goal. Keep up the good work CtyWch |

Lipovarin |
|
|
Dear City and DB,
This is my 3rd week on Lipo. I noticed all the stuff that City did: lots of energy, staying up late, slight nausea, frequent bathroom trips and I lost 9 lbs. I felt really hungry and ate lots of junk, and still kept losing. However, I feel like I havent changed my routine, but I've started to climb back up the scale...3lbs. That's not a huge amount to be concerned with, but I feel a little sluggish. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this....

Sattler you will not maintain or lose weight unless you cut back on your eating at least I dont think Lipovarin is inteded to work that way. I say just cut back on your portions but don't deprive yourself and its summer so eat lots of veggies and fruit thats in season and lots of water. You will be happy with your results. Willpower~
Good Luck

In my experience |
|
|
| not that I am an expert or anything, but you have to change your eating habits and do some sort of moderate exercise a few times a week to get the best results. I exercise about 3-4 times a week. I do a little cardio and weights. My eating has slowed down, but I am trying to keep my metabolism up by eating something higher in protein whenver I do get a little grumbly in my tummy. I am down another pound today, I feel a lot more confident in how I am looking at this point. |
