Hi all,
Recently I've decided its time to lose weight (lol, again) and i have to say ive been doing pretty good. going to the gym about 3 times a week and having a GOOD run. weight lifting too. now im starting to eat well as well and im noticing that im losing weight. about 1 pound a week! this is fine, but im a young, healthy guy, my body can handle losing weight a little faster.

i was wondering if there is any kind of pill i can take to give my metabolism an extra nudge. again, im on the right track, i just wanna turn the speed up a knotch!

thanks guys and good luck!

tmikuckis,

Actually coffee helps in the fat burning process. It is no secret that coffee’s key ingredient is caffeine, which is obviously a powerful substance and one that you can use in your fat burning arsenal.

What caffeine does is speed up your metabolism to burn fat. It does this by breaking down the fat which can then be burned off (fat oxidation) – in exercise, for example. Caffeine in coffee can also help reduce muscle pain both during and after exercise or even during sporting activities.

Coffee can and will defiantly help you lose weight. It also helps clear out your system.

Here's a fun little fact; coffee is the number one consumed beverage around the world after water, according to statistics available from the World Bank. Laughing

Marco
I have understood that you are doing your best to get weight loss by running, weight lifting, and doing many more things for weight loss and what my advise is that you should have a good diet plan when you are doing all this for your health because it keep producing all the energy needed for your exercise to keep active always.

Last April I semi-retired. I left a full time corporate position (due to the 1 hour commute) to do the books for hubbys small company, most of which I can do at home. The lady that used to do the books wanted to retire. I am having a problem getting motivated to exercise due to the fact that I only need to go to work 3 days a week, plus, no need for the business suits...go to work in jeans, thus it seems to be counter-productive. I used to get up at 4:30 am..ready and raring to go and now that incentive is gone. I have gained 25 lbs...SINCE APRIL! I feel like crap! Just ordered some phen and I hope that helps to restore some of my lost energy. I have a almost new pup that needs a lot of exercise (just turned 1 yr.) and I just don't seem to have the energy I need to get off my butt! Any suggestions?

Losing weight is a big headache. Excercises that work initially don't work anymore after a while. Once an excercise becomes comfortable and is not a challenge anymore the weight loss also goes down. We have to constantly challenge our bodies to keep losing weight. There are certain ways to keep your metabolic rate high in order to consistently lose weight. I have figured a few techniques for losing weight with specific diets and excercises. Contact me if you are interested.

Iodine and tyrosine are needed by the thyroid, so try taking some kelp tablets for iodine and tyrosine supplements; at the very least your thyroid will be working at maximum effectiveness.
A little caffeine can keep the metabolism elevated.

If nothing else, try increasing the duration, intensity, and frequency of your CV training.

Hi mcsilvio,

Boosting your metabolism is a good way to lose weight...I've been looking around a lot since for me drinking a lot of coffee doesn't do it...I get shaky, unfocused and anxious. I also tried stuff stuff with ephedra since its so popular...but again, shaking, anxiety, no sleep. The only thing that worked for me is called ''Super Drain Formula"". Besides ''pooping', a lot, i didnt get any side effects. Total weight loss was 18 lbs and I also had a lot of energy, without the shaking. I've got a phone number to order, 1 866 268 5671

Hope this helped

Good luck

Thx
