I usually try to "detox" myself before Christmas. Its a good thing to cut down on meat, dairies, alcohol, sweets for one week before Christmas. Give your body some air before all that food madness.
I will go on a fruits and vegetables diet. I'll make more plans tomorrow and let you know. |

| Looks like it might just be me and you Light. I might not be able to post much for this challenge because I only have a few more days of work before holidays but I have been working out hard and I intend to make it to my goal. |

Okay, I am in, but to be honest, my weight loss is slowing down, I have lost 36lbs from June-present.
My goal will be only 5lbs.
Current weight 152-5=147lbs
1 inch off waist
waist 32-1=31 inches
1 inch off hip
hips 38-1=37 inches |

Ok, here goes...
Breakfast:
Coffee
Fresh orange juice
Green and black tea
Plate of vegetables
Fried fries in palm oil.
This was the best I could do. I will ask the cook from the pub I eat to prepare me some meat and dairy free foods. I an not quite sure if I can get all the proteins I need.
I will check out the scale later today and post it. |

Well the scale doesn't seem to want to move...but thats ok because I can see a difference in how I look. Last night after the gym I noticed the shirt I was wearing didn't seem to fit properly...when I bought it 3 weeks ago it was form fitting, now its kinda baggy
Light if you are woried about protien check out www.nutritiondata.com if you look up a vegtable it will have a link to what else you should eat to make a complete protien.
Oviedo glad to see you have joined us.
I only have 2 days left at the gym before it closes until the 27th...I think I'm going to try to go swimming with my son everyday. I will probably need the hot tub anyhow after these next two days of weights. |

I am officially off meat or any other animal product for 48 hours. I eat only vegetables and fruits. I have to tell you that I feel great! Lots of energy. the downside is that I have to eat from 3 to 3 hours, I am never full and I push like a girl at the gym |

| Well I can amazingly still walk today...So tonight at the gym I'm gonna push it even harder seeing as how I have a week for recovery. The scale still hasn't moved but I'm sure it will soon as I take a rest. |

OK,
This is day seven without no meat, eggs or dairies. I managed to get all the proteins and fibres form seeds, roots and vegetables.
Its been a tough ride but I can tell you that I feel great. I feel "light" and full of energy. Its not a diet but a short detox. I like to do this before each big Holiday. I've lost about 4 or 6 pounds.
I am at home with my family. In short time on the table will be all the things I've told you to avoid Things that will make a dietitian and cardiologist cry Can't wait!
Merry Christmas to All! |

I'm so bummed...I have been sick...I got in a workout on Monday...missed Tuesday...did a hill run for 45 minutes on Wed...and got sick that night...
It is Friday and I am still in bed...
I think by Saturday i will be ok but I am sure I will be weak from the week...so I have to regear next week
I just posted my progress on weight loss on the post pic page...kind of embarrassing...and weird when I wont take my shirt off in front of anyone and then post a pic like this...i think it is more motivation than anything...
So i will post goals for the new year...since I missed out on this one...
Here are my pics
