Please, SCROLL down for the regime



With this regime:
1.Eat when you are hungry

2.Eat slowly and enjoy every single mouthful

3.Eat what you want, not what you think you should

BUT

4.Avoid refined, full of chemicals food( artficial sweetenings, fast food)

5.Walk 30 minutes a day and each week replace 1 minute of walking with 1min of jogging
