Can you crush the pills?

I posted on the trimspa site but no one was there. I was wondering if you can crush the pills and put them in something like yogurt. Will it still work? I guess this could be for any diet pill. Thanks

Yes you probably could, but they are pretty big and probably wouldn't taste good at all! The Lipo is a capsule that you could open and add to something.

you could do that but you wuold be losing the effectiveness of the capsule. The capsule helps to bypass the stomach acid so the ingredients get right into the small intestines so they can work. The stomach acid wojuld hit the powder harder and you would lose some effectiveness.

great thanks for your help..im gonna try and maybe cut them too. i just am afraid of choking. i only need to lose about 10 pounds and firm up.. i think half the pills are the mental anyway .. so what ever works:)

The pills are CAPSULES. I am pretty sure cutting them wont work.
