how much water weight? |
| okay so the past week and a half or so, i have eaten quite a bit. but, i've also been biking like crazy (for pleasure, no exercise bulimia here). i have it all calculated so i shouldn't gain any fat. in fact, i've been burning more than i eat, so i should be losing. after calculation, i've determined that i should have lost 2.5 pounds in that 1.5 weeks, making me weigh 116 lbs. the thing is, yesterday morning the scale read 121 and this morning it said 126! is it possible that i'm carrying an entire 10 pounds of water weight? and if so, how many gallons of water do i have to drink to eliminate it and how long will it take?!?! i guess this makes sense because the large amounts of food that i ate were mostly high in carbohydrates and sodium. but i've rambled enough. |

| hmmm...just out of curiosity, i weighed myself again. now it says 135. while i may have ate a lot, it certainly wasn't 350000 calories or enough to gain 10 pounds. i guess i know it will go away but it's sooooo frustrating. |

| don't let it drive you nuts! just keep burning more than you consume, and the weight will come off. jen |
