My Lipovarin start 6/20/05 |

I started my Lipovarin and the Thyrotril (sp) today. I had a lot of energy from the caffeine in it, but as far as eating well I have made myself eat breakfast lunch and dinner. I am doing sort of a weightwatchers type diet and counting points and I have drank 3 liters of water already today!
Todays Date= 6/20/05
Todays Weight=154.8
Goal Weight= 120

Well a week down and I must say I am pleased I just have not been eating as much and I have no side affects. I even ate bbq and drank some this weekend and still didnt gain anything. Here is my stats.
Todays Date= 6/27/05
Todays Weight=150.4
Goal Weight= 120
Lost 4 pounds last week !

Hi Pinky, Just wanted to say good luck. I started my 3 week rapid weight loss on the 24th and I am down 5 lbs so way cool.   |
