I've tried countless diet pills (since I was at least 15yrs old, I'm 22 now). I've always been heavy (5'5 180lbs- goal is 140lbs). I have struggled so much with my weight. my friends and I decided to buy some pills from HG because someone here said they were real. Well, not even 1 of us lost weight!!! I don't want to spend anymore money on fake 2 day. I was taking the 2 day diet pills also, they make you not hungary for sure! I actually stopped taking them because I lost a few pounds but put it back on, so I don't think they worked. Although I heard you have to take them for over 1 month to start working.... I think I will start again tomorrow...


Does anyone know if you can take one in the a.m. and then one in the afternoon?

You should try to excercise, especially if you plan to lose alot of weight. You wouldn't want your skin to be all stretched out.

UPDATE: I have been on the pills almost a week (tomorrow will be 1 week) and i've lost about 5lbs so far. These pills continue to work each day. I expected them to slow down or for my body to get used to it but they continue to work. (I'm the one that posted above about purchasing at lanaboutique) We'll see after another week or so. I'll keep updating

The pills are great. I'm so glad that someone finally said to cut the real versus fake debate because it's pointless. I agree with the poster who said all of our bodies are different and no one's individual weight loss will mirror someone elses exactly.

The pills will eliminate hunger. That's a fact! Another fact is that if you eat 'just because it's dinner time' you won't lose the excess weight. It's common sense! Stop letting social situations and times of day ruin your diet as my friend has been doing since she first started taking the pills. She admits that she isn't hungry but because someone else is about to eat, she'll order too. It isn't worth it if you can't control yourself enough to not eat when you aren't hungry! 6:00pm doesn't mean you get to eat dinner just because everyone else is eating, duhhh!!!

P.S. I started beginning of March and have lost 36 lbs. to date, I'm still going!!! Another word to the wise, the same friend from a couple of sentences ago still takes the pills while claiming that "the pills don't work" --she posts on this site all the time--

For those who WANT TO SUCCEED, please be wary of people who say "they don't work" as they sit there and down their second slice of pepperoni pizza or 'small' bag of Doritos like my friend does all the time. Once you stop lying to yourself about what you're REALLY eating, you'll find that you are fully capable of letting the pounds fly off, and they will.
