i did find that i'm losing weight quicker with eating right. i've kind of stopped exercising except for long walks with my dog haha. but i'm still losing. my friend who told me about them lost just over 40 pounds in 4 months and she exercised a lot but i'm right on par with her so far if i keep it up.

they don't make me shakey at all. i've read a couple reviews where people say they get tightness in their chest but i don't have any side effects at all. someone said as soon as they cut out caffeine the chest tightness went away. buy them at either lanaboutique.com or from the ebay seller easytobefit.

I take ONE pill in the morning before breakfast and i find myself not being able to sleep at all. I've been on the pills for 5 days now and the past two nights i have gotten about 3 hrs total of sleep. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, i was very constapated but i am going to start taking the tea today.

I was turned onto these pills from a friend, she has lost 40 lbs so far and its only been 2 months. She also takes the tea along w/ the pills.

I haven't had any trouble sleeping since I started taking the pills. Where did you buy yours from?? Not sure what that could be from.

I tried the tea and found it didn't do much. I wanted it for constipation too but it really didn't help. I upped my fibre and that seems to be working well enough for now.

I've already lost 5.5 pounds just this week. probably all water weight but whatever. YAY!! haha.

i bought mine from lanaboutique and never had any issues with them. haven't heard of anyone using that particular ebay seller.

im taking the matching 2 day tea. the box it comes in looks exactly like the bottle of pills. red and white i think. i can't think of what it says on the box though. let me know if that tea you have works for you.

I just got the pills, I ordered them online. I will start to take the pills tomarrow Sunday 6-8-2009. I do not know if there are really fake pills out there or if they really work. I have always had a weight problem and am getting married next year. I am giving myself a reasonable amount of time to lose the weight to feel good on my wedding day! I am (hopefully) using the pills to helpget me started on that path. I will keep you posted, if anyone really wants to know how they really work on a normal person. I am not sure how many of these post are real and how many are not real.

In Jan. 08 I started the pills purchased from Asia Market in town. They worked great for me and I lost 8 lbs in two weeks. I have taken them off and on since then. a month ago I took one before work and within a couple of hours I was vomiting like crazy. Attributed it to the pill and didn't take another. Last Sat. I took another one from a different package and got very ill again. Can't figure out why all the times I took them before this didn't happen. Any suggestions?

Where is everyone ordering from? Meaning which companies have the REAL 2 Day Diet. I ordered from lanaboutique but if an ebay seller has them for less I would like to get them there. I have not heard anything bad yet about lanaboutique. So if anyone out there has been taking these for a while now and ordered from the same place please let us all know so we can get the real deal.
