| I ended up buying from easytobefit from ebay. Really fast shipping he'll ship the same day and he is in Monterey Park, CA so I got it the very next day. I feel like I have so much more energy, I eat in the morning with full breakfast, lunch & dinner is usually no carb when I can, plus I have high cholesterol so I don't eat red meat only white chicken & fish. I don't know if I have lost any weight, it's only been my 3rd day. I've been lightly exercising due to my knees but I can feel that I am sweating more, going to the bathroom more and not as hungry, I kindda force my self to eat this morning because I'm going to the gym and need some carbs. I'll update after 1 week on how many pounds I loose. |

| Hello all I have seen a lot of you looking to buy these wonderful little red pills. I use them myself and I am NOT a distributor but they do work and if you increase the dosage like the bottle says after 3 days you should see even better results. I also go to the gym twice a week both weight training and cardo. I have only lost 8 pounds in one month but I only take one a day but I have friends who take two and have lost double the weight. I found them the cheapest on Amazon.com I only pay $9-10 dollars for 60 pills. I used to pay $60 from the Nail place for the same bottle, they are the same pills. They also sell a detox tea that works great, I just started using that and hope to loose even more weight in order to reach my goal of 140 by Nov. I have 20 more to go. |

| I also found other health benefit from Lingzhi/Reishi mushroom. Google it: Lingzhi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. It does not say that it can help you loose weight but there are other ingredients in the pill that helps. |

| :D This stuff works great and you can get it cheap at Amazon.com 1/4 of the price you will pay anywere else. I have only used it for a month and lost 8 lbs. I just got the tea and will let you know how that works. I have not had any side effects. I also have friends that use 2 pills a day and they have lost lots of weight. I am thinking of going to 2 pills. I only have a little more to go. |

i bought the 8 factor diet which is almost as the 2 day diet only difference its that its stronger...i have 5 days taking it and i have lost 7 pounds!  i bought mine at an herbal store |

| So I went to the gym today and checked my weight (it's my 3rd day on the pill) but still the same. I do feel like my clothes are looser & my tummy is flatter. I guess the extra weight came from all the water I drank. Also is anyone else getting a headache at the back of the head from taking this pill? may be it's just me. I took the pill at 7 am and now is 3:30 pm and I am still on the go. I still have so much energy, I even went to the gym. |

Hi, I did the comparison on miracledietstore.com, not sure if that's the most useful site to do the test, but I did it on there anyhow. I may try to just go to the local asian market to see if I can find these rather than buying them online. I am actually quite constipated and not sure if it's working or not. I mean I've lost at least 10 lbs in the past 3 weeks, but that's because I've totally reduced my caloric intake and working out like crazy, so not sure if it's the pills or just my change in lifestyle. |

Check out the pills sold at easytobefit on ebay. It'll show you the comparison of real or fake pills. Also I've never been constipated, but I also ate alot of fibers (vegetables). But since I've been taking the pills I've been going to bathroom more often. |

i got mine from easytobefit too and i do get slight headaches. but i've been getting major backaches which i think are from the pills. i think the change in diet and metabolism are causing this so i'm not too worried, and i see that i'm losing little bit of weight which is all that matters.
i haven't lost noticable weight, but my stomach is definately flatter and i can go through the whole day not eating anything. but i do eat every meal even though it makes me go to the bathroom alot. |

So I got my box today from lanaboutique and being all paranoid that they're fakes I read the packaging throughly. There are a TON of misspellings on the package and the exp is 12/2012. Does anyone who has legit boxes have that same exp and has anyone else noticed all teh package misspellings? Thanks  |

| 1 week of using 2 day diet, I've lost 5 lbs. I exercise 20-30 4 days a week and reduce my calorie intake by quite alot (not hungry at all, sometimes I have to force my self to eat). |

It's been a week now headaches were gone by the 4th day, just getting use to the adjustments of eating less. Lost about 5lbs so far, hoping for more. I do have lots of energy even if I don't eat anything all day. |
