2 DAY DIET JAPAN LINGZHI slimming formula anyone know?

Is the 8 factor diet the same as the 2 day diet (japan lingzhi), im a tad bit confused?

By the way, today is my first day on this diet, I hope it works and I plan on amounting it to 2 pills by the 3rd day... I'll keep everyone posted...

I have never heard of the 8 factor diet? They do have several versions of the 2-3 day diet but if yours does not say Japan Lingzhi then it's not the same.

I just started the 2 day diet on Sunday. I am at a stand still with dieting, I have been trying to loose more of the weight and seems that no matter what I do it is not coming off. I have about four friends that have lost from 15 to 30+ lbs on this 2 day diet wonder...I am currently 170 lbs only 5' 3" and want to be at 135 lbs...Wish me luck and I will continue to update on my progress...

I purshased mines also from ebay for 25, it was sealed came in the box and it showed to have all that the "authentic" one I had researched about. I experienced similar symtems DRY MOUTH especially at night and i had to get up to urinate every 5-10mins (while I trying to go to sleep), HEAD ACHE, less BOWEL MOVEMENTS, light headed due to all the water I was drinking plus I didnt eat as much so I had to make sure I ate right and either have some small snacks or a gaterade so my sugar wouldnt get too low.
Anyways my brother had bought a bottle from his co woker which was 50 inbetween the time I had bought mine but it happen that one day I couldnt find my bottle so I started taking his I noticed that I didnt feel the side effects bowel was normal unless i ate fatty food and water intake was normal as well. My brother also tried some of mine and experienced the same side effects. So I decided to open them up and compare, before I even did that I noticed the color between capsules; mine (the fakes) where more towards the deep blood red color and the other ones(real) were more like a maroon magna. The was also a diffrence in the bottles, the recycling HDPE. I still have the fake bottle and pills if you want I could try and take pics of the two to show you or anyone, i know the information will be helpful. I will also try to see if I could get them tested any where to find out what it really contains.

I could say yes the fake pills helped loose weight, but you have to consider when you diet and not so much excesise you loose muscle as well plus it was probaly water loss too.

Hey I would like to see the difference between the two. I have yet to see the fake ones, thank God. I only get mine through 911health.com and although mine do not come in the box due to the amount of them I order they have all been real. If you can not post pictures maybe you can tell us the difference in the bottles. Thanks for your post.

I am doing Atkins or trying to do atkins.lol. and I am taking these pills, should i stop doing atkins or should i keep on with both... This is my second day on the pills and so far I dont feel anyside effects or any of that.!!!

The adkins will give a quick result if you can stick with it but as soon as you stop you will gain the weight back. It's better to do a life style change that you can live with for life. The pills will curve the appiate but you need to eat or your body will turn what you do eat into Fat and you dont want that. Keep posting and let us know how you are doing.

This is my 2 1/2 weeks of using this pill with diet & exersice and I've lost 10 lbs total. News said it is not good to loose more then 1-2 pounds a week but i've been going to the gym and reduce lots of my calorie intake. Since I've been on the pill I've not been feeling hungry in the afternoon (except after gym). I've been eating protein bars and then dinner at night. I've been reading all over this sight about what the real stuff and the fake stuff, how do your pills look? I am on my 3rd day and i dont feel drowsy, or light headed, and i have no dry mouth, i ordered my pills off of amazon... It says its the real stuff... How will I know?

Jessy,your a life saver!!!!

So I have that bottle, and I guess after observing my pills for some time they are burgundy, about the smell, they smell like pills..... idk!!! Thank you so much , I did someting that scares me today, i jumped onto 2 pills sooner than i should have, should i be shitting bricks?

By the way, I have been going to the bathroom is that normal? O, and where did you buy your pills?

Well i havent been doing watery so i guess thats good, but my apettite has decreased tremedously... which is good, I had a coffee in the morning and about a cup of salad like 2 hours ago.... and I plan to have a big dinner tonight.. so i suppose im on a good track.... What do you think?
