I have not had the major stomach woes like many people but I do not consume high fat, processed or white sugar foods. The people who eat more natural fiber (fruits and veggies) do not have the major constipation and runs like those who have a poor food intake.

I only take one pill a day. The lost of appetite was too much for me. I have lost about 5 or 6 pounds so far.

Suggestion

Before purchasing on ebay read and review from various stores on Ebay (see completed listings) and email buyers inquiring about their body's responses to the pills. If you take a week or two to email people on Ebay about their experiences with the pills you will easily be able to discern who is selling bogus pills and who is selling legitimate pills.

For those of you getting alot of watery stools it means you are consuming high fat content foods. I would recommend you eat more natural fiber like fruits. You will experience less problems in the bathroom areas. If you are still eating fast foods this pill will tear up your stomach. It should be used to aid in developing BETTER EATING HABITS AND ESTABLISHING AN EXERCISE ROUTINE not a LIFETIME crutch.

I started taking them on Monday last week and I have lost 6 lbs. And even though I have found my self hungry, I try not to eat as much as I would normally eat. I have a light breakfast, try to skip lunch since I'm not that hungry when lunch time rolls around, then have dinner. And I have noticed I'm eating half of what I serve myself. If I get hungry thjroughout the day, I'll snack on some fruit.

Hello I'm new here...but I had started using 2 day diet pill since 4/1/08..I haven't been to consistant about it until about 5 weeks ago. I have lost a total of 17 lbs. But I have hit plateau at 150 lbs..after discovering this forum I realized there is such a thing as fake 2 day diet pills. I think that's what I have been taking. My friend would buy the bottles for me for the chinese & vietnamese herb store. They ran from $30-$28 a bottle. The first one gave me the runs all the time...the second & third one made me constipated. I don't eat junk, I also incorporated weight watcher point counting to this...I've only been able to lose about 1 - 1.5 lbs weekly..which I was pretty happy with..but after discovering this forum I bought my latest bottle from Lanaboutique for $43...it's look legit..I notice the pill is darker maroon than my other ones & I opened it up and it's all beigh in color while the other ones where beigh with alot of specks of yellow mixed in..I'm going to start this new bottle tomorrow. I still have 30 lbs to go... I gain 47 lbs in the last 5 years...oh, by the way I'm only 5' 2"....

Oh, by the way the other ones I was taking was soo strong, I only could take 1 pill and day. For people who bought from emma, I read from other forum that they're fake...lots of complain about emma and I think they changed their name, so be careful....FYI I'm not affiliated with anyone seller of the 2 day diet pill...I'm just someone who wants to get back to a healthy 120 lb....

Just started today, little light headed and 'speedy" feeling.. does anyone have advice of how long it takes your body to adjust, I'm thinking I can get by on one a day.

also, any notion of what orange juice does with the pill, I saw on another blog that it "calms" the jittery/speedy effects

Hey Guys i took yesterday i was even a lil scared with all the stuff i have been reading about but that was not the case w/me not at all, if anything i still felt hungry around lunch and dinner time, i ate less, i felt thirsty but not that THIRSTY like mnay exprienced. oh no running to the bathroom for me as a matter a fact quite the opposite.

Today is day two i just took my second pill lets see how it goes maybe it takes longer to do its thing w/other people b/c our bodies are not the same so i guess and hoping that it's just that everybody has a different reaction when they first start taking them, I just want to see the pounds come off, i notce right away in my clothes, so im hoping that by next Sunday i can tell the difference. Keeping my fingers crosss!
