2 DAY DIET JAPAN LINGZHI slimming formula anyone know?

hellov-i've used these pills now for 3 months and lost 30 lbs. I too experience the dry mouth and constipation. Now that I am at my goal weight, my concern is gaining the weight back after i stop using these pills. i don't want to subject myself to always taking these pills and afterwhile, I think my body will immune to these pills. any suggestion on how to not rely so heavenly on these pills? Also, i buy from beyond beuty, $22-23 per bottle for 60 pills. Works great for me!

I have been taking the 2 day diet pills for almost a month. no exercise. (i bought them from 911healthshop)~(im a 22yr female)
FIRST COUPLE DAYS i didnt notice anything Confused

WEEK LATER i began to notice how fast i was going through 24 packs of water bottles! couldnt get enough to drink, not as hungry.
i also noticed that i had to go to the bathroom after i ate sooner than usual.

NOW- at 3 1/2 weeks into it- I HAVE LOST 15 POUNDS I have absolutely no appetite! you could make my favorite meal and i wouldnt even be tempted for a bite!
I HAVE TO MAKE MYSELF EAT! so weird ive never had a prob with not desiring to eat.
yesterday, as i was going to bed after work i had realized i forgot to eat, ALL DAY!
THE PAST 5 DAYS ive been getting BAD HEAD ACHES... which is unusual for me... i have had this weird taste in my mouth and my mouth is always so dry! I FEEL LIKE i need to eat, but cant!!!
i tried to eat a salad today for lunch, but it felt like i had a lump in my throat when i tried to swallow Shocked

i only ate like 3 bites- 5 hours later, still no hunger! Rolling Eyes

i have 15 more pounds to lose, i will continue to take the pills, going to start exercising tomorrow.... ttyl Laughing

I have ordered the 3x slimming power 100% Lingzh Japan 2 day diet over the weekend. I have done some research on the ingredients and results from others. Also did a search on Lingzhi more exclusively.
All info I found sounds typical for the most part but very enlightening on chinese herbs. The Lingzhi - Reishi mushrooms - were very interesting and sounds like something someone with Fibromyalgia might want to look into.
When I used to be a body builder we would "cycle" our supplements and our diet. While doing the look up on Lingzhi they recommended that you cycle it as well. No more than 4 months on, a month off, 4 months on, ect ect. Me, personally, I would cycle every 8 or 10 weeks taking a week or two off, then start up again. It helps to not build up a tolerance to any supplements. Even vitamin E needs to be cycled so you do not build up a tolerance to it. I would recommend every two weeks to drink about 3 glasses of cranberry juice for 2 days in addition to water to make sure the kidneys are clean and the liver enzymes stay up and no crystals will form. As for the headaches, always make yourself eat or atleast drink an Ensure at the onset of the headache. It is your body getting used to the reduced food and caloric intake and the toxins leaving your body. When we gain weight our bodies get "comfortable" with our current metabolism and decides to "settle" for the change. When we start to dramatically change our bodies as rapidly as this product will, we will be feeling this effect for about 2 to 4 wks if we do not "appease" our bodies confusion of the diet change, especially during the winter months. Dehydration will also give you headaches as well. Add about a half cup of gatorade or a tablespoon of the mix to 1 of your glasses of water 2 to 3 times a day to combat it. Just to give you an idea of what I am hoping this product will do for me...........

ONE OF FRIEND WAS TELLING ME ABOUT 2 DAY DIET HOW IT REALLY WORK SO I'D TRY IT. I HAVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR 5 WEEKS AND LOST 12LB. I TRY SO MANY KIND OF DIET PILL NOTHING WORKS LIKE 2 DAY DIET.

I just purchased 2 day die 3 weeks ago, first 2 weeks about 5 lbs, but i have had looser stools and diarrhea with some anal discharge, i stopped taking for 3 days. I had no side effects until now.
I am going to try taking them on Sunday to see if maybe I could have had a virus and the pills just made it worse. I just want to know if anyone has suffered any diarrhea? I feel they work, I just don't want to have diarrhea to lose weight.

The girl that cuts my hair told me about these after I noticed how much she had lost in a short time. I'm a guy, and they worked for me, but right after I started on them a few months ago my UC flared up so I had to stop. My UC is in remission now and I've started again, works great! The headaches are from detoxing and possibly dehydration. I have tried many many diets and also done the weight watchers thing. NONE of them worked for me. BUT I started Japan Lingzhi the 3rd week of Sept, 2008....When I started I was 199lbs and in a size 18. Today is November 29, 2008. I am 163 and in a size 10 (some 12's)... I LOVE IT!!!!!! and I will not use anything else now. It was well well worth the money I spent to buy it. And, for the record...NO, I do not drink water all day and NO I do not work out.
