I have successful weight loss while taking these pills too. However, I noticed that when I started taking two pills instead of one, it made me very edgy, so I stop taking them when I start feeling that way. I am now concerned, however, because our local news station in Hampton Roads, VA, (WTKR News Channel 3 (CBS)), is going to run a story about "dangerous diet pills" and how someone almost died taking them and it drove the person into a "psychotic state." The preview showed someone holding up a box of the 2 Day Diet pills.

Well, today marks 3 weeks on the 2Day Diet pills. I have lost 4.5 lbs!
I'm excited because, I have now reached my first goal. I now weigh 124.5. My final goal is 123, so I expected a slower loss than someone with more weight to lose. Still have incredible appetite suppression...still have the dry mouth. I feel really good.

you may not like what I am about to write, but it is impossible to lose more than 2 lbs in fat a week. If you lose more than that it is only muscle and water you are losing and it will lead to health problems in time. Do yourself a favour and learn the facts about weight loss and fad diets.

I've been taking the 2 day diet pills for 3 weeks now and have gone from 144 to 138 pounds in the first two weeks. This third week I've lost nothing and seem to have gotten my appetite back and I don't seem to be having the dramatic results everyone else has had. I exercise regularly and eat very healthy. I run 3 miles 5 days out of the week and eat nothing but healthy foods that are high in protein and low in carbs and drink atleast 80oz of water daily. My side effects initially were dry mouth, restless sleep and little to no appetite. Those side effects however have seem to have disappeared. Since I've lost no weight this past week and seem to have regained my appetite does this mean the pills aren't working for me any longer. Is it possible that my body has gotten used to them or am I doing something wrong? I've had friends loose up to 20 pounds in 5 weeks with no exercise. If you have any tips that might be helpful please share

any pill you take to help with weight loss is only to help suppress your appetite. If the pill you are now taking is not helping or working, it is likely it never did in the first place and it was only your self belief that the tablet would work in the beginning that made you think you were not hungry. Hoodia extract is very rare in any pill out there as manufacturers are not oblidged by law to give details of ingredients on the bottle. It is the same for other pills out there.

The absolute truth you must understand is that it is impossible for anyone for lose more than 2 lbs of fat a week. If you lose more weight than that, you are not losing fat but losing muscles and water. This over time will endanger your health.

The best thing you can do in losing weight, is to eat five small meals a day. Eat 3 to 4 hours apart. This helps to stop you feeling hungry. Exercise is a must although aa short 30 minute walk each day will do the job. Do not work out hard at the gym as you will burn off muscles and not fat.

There are very few pills that are 100% natural. Many don't give details on the bottle of what is in them.

NO RECOMMEND: my friend said website miracledietstore.com sold fake 2 day diet. She didn't lose any weight but gained 5 lbs in 3 weeks.
