Hello everyone.

I lost a bunch of weight on my own through diet and exercise.

However, I haven't lost a single pound since Sept 2, 2004!!! It's coming up on a year now that I just keep gaining and losing the same darn 5lbs

ANYWAY.....I want to try something to see if I can't break through this plateau. Something to give me more will power and more energy so I can lose weight the only way that works...by eating less and moving more!

SO.....anybody had any trouble AFTER Lipovarin? I'm afraid if I take it and then stop taking it, I'll notice a huge slow down in my metabolism...or maybe my body or my thyroid will become dependant on the Lipovarin to function properly? I don't want to make it any harder to lose and keep the weight off (I think we all know how difficult that is already!! )
