Hi Mandi and welcome,
I totally can relate to what you are going through being similar height and weight.I too also joined ww last year after having my son in May but then I kinda fell off the diet!! Im now approaching this as a new year new me and really ready to do this..We can be diet buddies if you like!! How is everyone getting on and how has your diets been going..keep posting and keep supporting

| Hey thanks so much! That sounds good! I went to my weigh in yesterday and lost 2.6 lbs, not much but I was excited and I have a long way to go but that will work for right now. One Monday I started the Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVD's. So hopefully they start working soon...haha!! I have a vacation that I want to get in shape for and I have been saying this for so long but I'm losing weight and I will look good this year in a swimsuit! I have to keep my mind out of the gutter and keep focused on losing this weight, so any help that you can give me will work for me. I will do the same for you. |

Hi, nice to meet you. I too am new in this forum and I think it is well informative for weight-loss issues. I am doing yoga these days and I have found it better than any any other exercise. I have loss my 32lb in 20 days only through proper diet diet and yoga.

Hi, I am like over a month late but I want to join in the weight-loss with you all! I am a mother of a 8 month old little girl. My pre-pregnancy weight was 170 and now im 237(was 243). I want to get down to 170, then work my way down to 130. Sorry, I am joining so late . I wish everyone luck! my weight in day will be on Sundays since i started on a Sunday (Feb 10).

Hi Guys,
also a bit late but would like to join the challenge. I will also do the weigh in on a Friday. I need to loose about 60lbs - so lets all do this together and keep each other motivated.

| Hi all i am new here and have managed to lose 10 pounds so far using a new vitamin program i had found which has given me a ton of energy and unlike the others i had tried did not leave me hungry plus i am not all jittery |

| I want to join. I've been on a plan for a couple of weeks now and it's going really well. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by my wedding, which is in 6 months. I thought this would be a grat place to get information and stay motivated. Good luck to everyone! I'll keep you all up to date on my progress. |
