hello,
i am curious and willing to take anything just to loose weight. I took xenical for two weeks, and side effects came.
I found out about reductile, and wanted to try. But I am afraid of the side effects. When I took xenical, i became sick. Can anybody tell me what are the side effects of reductile.

I was on reductil for about 6 months.

This are the side-effects I had:

Dry Mouth (most common, and one of the very few side-effects that I had - i just compensated by drinking more water).

Some sleeplessness - though insomnia only effected me in the first week

Constipation - but I increased my fiber intake and it helped alot.

Very occasional headaches, which would be accountable due to stress I was under at work. Otherwise I was virtually side-effect free. I did have to go to the GP every 2 weeks to get my blood pressure and pulse checked (it was always normal or the low side of normal).

That said, Reductil isn't for everyone and you should speak to your doctor first. The key thing to it is to keep up your water intake, eat a balanced diet and EXERCISE - can't stress that enough. Reductil won't work if you're not willing to put the effort in for it too.
