I have never brought myself to use weight loss pills. The reason I feel this way is because I believe that in order to lose weight AND KEEP IT OFF a person has to change their lifestyle. This means that you need to change your eating habits and also do a bit of exercise. Whatever you choose to do is better than sitting around all day, every day..
