Nicole's Journal to Success
Hello everyone!!!! My name is Nicole and im new here and i thought i should start a journal that hopefully will motivate me!!!!
A little background i have always been tiny and im 5 feet tall and i have always weighed between 95-100 lbs.!!!! but starting about a year and half ago i gained massive weight!!! my metabolism slowed down and now im up to 138!!! ik GROSS!!!!
The hard part for me is that ive always ate so much and never gained weight!!! And for some reason i just cant seem to kick the habit of devouring everything in the house bc my metabolism isnt what it use to be!!!!!
Ive been doing good lately it my News Resolution to get down to 110 lbs!!! before my birthday!! which is in march so that might be kind of pushing it but just the harder to work at it!!!!
My main thing is i was just looking at abercrombie.com and they got all their spring clothes and i want to buy them but i will look like a wooly mammoth in the them!!! So my goal is to buy the clothes a i want in a small size and look GREAT this summer!!!!
im not writing what i ate today bc i didnt do very good and i dont want you to know LOL

hey there! I'm new here also and just wanted to wish you good luck on your weight loss endeavor.
I understand not wanting to post what you eat when you mess up. I've decided to post everything I eat each day on here because it makes me think before I eat. If I know everyone will read about it, I'm less likely to eat something bad for me. So maybe that's one approach you could take also. Besides, no one here should criticize you much since we all cave in once in awhile.
Alight so i havent wrote in a couple days but i have been doing better i went and bought tons of healthy food so if i muct snack i will snack healhy and i also started taking an aerobics class at school so i have no choice but to work out 3 days a week!!!
And last post i was talking about the spring clothes that i want so i keep picturing these shorts i found that want sooo bad but i cant wear right now with the way i look my legs will look disgusting in them!!! but i think my love of shopping and clothes will have to push me to lose weight and but adorable summer clothes!!!
O ya and BIG problem with the aerobics class come to find out one of muy friends are in it that just happens to be very thin and athletic so shes gonna make me feel like a FAT ASS!!! but i guess being there and trying is better than not doing it at all and letting myself weight 800 lbs havinga crane to get me out of bed!!
