Zantrex 3, Will it work??

Well, today I am starting to use zantrex-3. I had heard both good and bad stuff about this diet pill. But I feel as long as I keep up my excersing and drinking lots of water I should be able to loose more weight.

I used to weigh only 125 pounds about a year and half ago. And it has slowly raised up to my current weight of 150 pounds. My goal weight would be 130 pounds. Hopefully this will put me where i want to be. Write more about it later!

well I actually started zantrex yesterday and i did feel the effects let me tell ya! but at first i was just really jittery because my body wasn't used to that much caffiene i suppose and then i got a little nauseated. But that dissipated pretty quickly. I was filled with more energy than I have ever had in months. And this pill has definately suppressed my appetite. I ate half as much as I usualy do which is probably the normal way to eat now. I'm really happy about this. I only started with one pill because I wasn't too sure on how my body would react to it.

I took one pill again this morning and i was awake during class. It was amazing. Although I did get some jitters but it didn't last very long and i didn't feel nauseous at all!!And i wasn't starving by the time i got out of class to go eat which i usually am. I am still full of energy. I am about to leave to go work out and I just hope I can keep this regime up and loose the weight that I want.

i have tried zantrex-3 about a year ago, and it didnt work out very well for me.

It does give a lot of energy (probably because of the caffeine), but I did not really lose any weight with it. I figure it may be due to my laziness with excercise. As for appetite control, I did not notice much difference either.

I did not get sick or jittery from it, but I noticed major acne breakouts on my face after about 2 weeks of taking it (probably also because of the caffeine). I experienced acne during my mid-teenage years, but never as bad as after taking zantrex-3 Shocked

and let me point out, I am not sensitive to caffeine either since I do drink coffee on a regular basis.

I would suggest drinking a lot of water when taking this pill, so that hopefully the water will dilute the caffiene effects of acne.

anyway, I wish you (and anyone else trying zantrex) the best of luck !

WOW!!! Zantrex 3 has worked wonders for me. By taking I lost 10lbs in just one week. Plus it gives me this great bursts of energy throughout the day!

Hi,

Zantrex didn't worki for me at all. I had severve jitters, passed out twice and crashed my car!! I think my problem was that I have a bit of a coffee addiction so I also carried on drinking it which is a bit of a major no no.

Everybody is different, it works for some and not for other like a things.

Good luck with the tablet and remember to cut back on coffee and drinks loads of water.
