Here is just some info about me for those of you who want to know for comparison. Your suggestions and advice are welcome!

I'm a 26-year-old female with an east Asian origin.

I am medium build (based on my bone structure)

Height: 5'3"
Current weight: 120 lbs.
Ideal weight: 100 lbs.

Exercise routine: 30 min. cardio and 40 min. resistance training, 3 times a week

Diet: low-fat/low-carb/low-sodium

Hi all, I meant to post the previous message on a different forum, but it ended up here. Anyway, I am one of the people who just started taking Lipovarin. This is my 3rd day and so far so good. I am not expecting to lose any pound in such short period of time. Lets see how it goes...
I must say Lipovarin does a good job suppressing my appetite and keeping me energetic.

After taking Lipovarin for 4 days, I am happy to report that I have lost 1 lb It's not a lot but it's definitely a start! For the first 3 days I was taking 1/1 but starting on the 4th day, I started taking 2/2. I can feel that my body is adjusting to the dosage. I don't feel nausous or jittery anymore
