Ok, so I'm new to the site. I really, really want to lose weight mainly for my trip coming up in July but also because I'm young and I want to look good. I get the idea about being comfortable with yourself but honestly I'd be happier fitting into clothes I like and just naturally feeling good about myself.

Currently I weight 186lbs and am 5'2". My ultimate goal is to be in my height group's ideal weight of 120lb. If I could reach this goal by July I'll be ecstatic but for now I'll keep with a more realistic 160 or 150.

What I play to do: Cut out sodas (my biggest problem), motivate myself to exercise by attending my University's gym and using all those dvds I wasted money on. I also love Dance Dance Revolution so I want to work that in as well. I also want to watch my portions as well.

Let's hope I keep myself motivated and update this journal enough with my progress.

Hiya Kalimera!

I know, long time no post! But I wanted to announce after my first week I've lost about 5-6lbs =D. I've been drinking mainly water (with a treat drink at night). I usually eat rice cakes or fruit for breakfast, some kinda salad for lunch, and either lean cuisine or some kinda regular dinner. So far it's been doing good and I have been going to the gym as well! So here's hoping it keeps going good!
