week one thursday 24th january 7.30 am uk time hi i have just taken my first 10mg pill. we call it reductil here in the u.k. i am 228 pounds and want to get to 150 pounds.i am 54 years old and 5ft 7 in. i'm going on holiday this june and feel so fat!! it has to work this time.... i tried meridia 3 months ago but the constipation and sleepless nights and a death in the family were too much at once so, this time i'm determined to give it a real go.i feel this forum could give me the support i need..
