Hi everyone

I was on the sb diet nearly a year ago and it worked wonders! i only did phase 1 unfortunately before personal problems interfered and i turned back to food for comfort. I am ready to give it another go... i lost 15 lbs last round in a month and it made me feel amazing! anyone else starting whom would like to keep in touch?

Count me in. I lost 11 pounds in the first 2 weeks so I am pretty happy. I also got a new dog during the 1st week and she needs lots of walks so I believe the added exercise has helped. I am VERY motivated as I was at my heaviest weight ever :x

I look forward to hearing your successes/challenges.

hi,

I just started the SB diet almost 3 weeks ago. Stuck on phase 1 for an extra week, and man is this phase hard, but I'm doing it, no cheating. I'm wondering if people have lost more weight if they have more to lose? I've lost 9 pounds, but finding it hard to lose more - do they keep dropping? I don't need (or think) to lose a lot, but my pants were tight and difficult to fasten, so here I am.

Do you see weight loss in phase 2, it's scary reintroducing foods as you feel the weight will come back on?

hi all,

After 3 weeks I lost 15 pounds. I am now nearing the end of week 4 and so far I am at a standstill. I figure that I did really well for the first 3 weeks so I am not upset. AND, during this week I went to a Super Bowl party, a monthly dinner club outing, and another dinner out on Wed. I can't complain since I ate a little more than normal and had a glass of wine when I went out. I am hoping to hit -20 by mid-March. I am trying to keep my goals attainable and not believe that I will lose 5 pounds each and every week. I am also very happy with my increased energy level.

Catter,

I forgot to mention...YES, you will lose weight in phase 2. I have added back cereal and fruit mostly. A couple of slices of bread here and there. No rice or potatoes, yet. I needed a few changes especially at breakfast because I was getting sick of eggs:-) Your body will be happy to have the additions.

Remember, you don't have a lot to lose so it will go slower.

I am brand new to this SBD, I would love to be a buddy. I have fifty pounds to loose, and it has always been hard for me because of a thyroid disorder. Started this today, and I am going for it.
