I was on this diet last year and had a lot of success with it, I'm now trying to lose 8 pounds, My question is for those of you who have met your weight loss goal, have you passed it? I'm at my goal weight, what I said I wanted to be when I first started but now I tend to want to lose just another 8 more. If I pass that 8 I will be underweight and I don't want that so should I just stay where I am?
