Has anyone experience bad effects but continued?

I stopped taking Lipovarin in may after a few days. but i'm desperate to lose the weight and excerise alone has not varied. would love feedback.

what kind of side affects did you have? Did you try taking the minimal amount say 1/1 ?

i experienced severe chest pains, like a vice or belt being tightened around my breast. numbness and spaceyness as well. I tried the recommended dosage, I still have the unused portion and still wonder what to do.

I would take maybe 1 capsule at time and work up to the recommended amount. myself and others all take Lipovarin and have never had a problem....

Thanks Gina...*heavy sigh* I'm gonna try this again and hope I see some half decent results. will keep posted.
