Wow, I can't believe we only have one week left! I am down 5 lbs from when we started. I don't think the pills have done anything except supress my appetite, which is fine. I have been working out a lot and changing my diet. I figure if I do it almost on my own I will form better habits and it will stay off better than if there is some "miracle" pill which makes it magically go away. I am happy with my results so far. In fact I had been losing weight before we started this challenge and I have lost a total of 12 lbs! Yeah me! I am glad to have this group to help me stay honest and inspire me to keep going! I did have a bad weekend in that I was not able to work out as much, and ate some things I shouldn't have, but am happy I didn't gain. That always seems the way it has been. I loose well during the week, gain some back over the weekend, and don't have as low of a number to report. but I am happy that over all i am still skrinking!
Good luck to everyone over this last week! |

Thanks Bleach, I appreciate it. I really think I am just very sensitive to caffeine...if I drink coffee it's normally decaf and I always purchase decaf soda so I think there's my answer!! I feel a little better today so I am going to ease myself into it by taking 2 a day.
Everyone seems to be doing so well and I really hope that I can do the same. I love the fact of support cause lord knows I need it. Any kind of chocolate is my weakness but so far after day 3 I don't feel like eating as much as normal. Nights are the worse, I must admit!
Good luck everyone! |

Well I did okay yesterday! I started out poorly as I REALLY wanted and ice cream bar and ate it! At least it was in the morning so I could work it off. I walked a mile at the park with my son, but then he got crabby (nap time) and I had to leave. I had wanted to do 2. I also planned to do an excersice video and do 4 miles on the treadmill. Well that didn't happen. But I did walk in place for an hour while I watched one show with my son. I swung my arms, di dpunches, everything to keep everything moving. Then last night my husband wanted us to watch a movie. THere goes the treadmill! I did good though. I ate some raost chicken and a tomatoe. Then for the rest of the movie I did the same as earlier. I marched, swung, danced, wiggled, everything I could think of. I ended up doing it for an hour and a half! It helped that we were watching "Supersize Me". If you haven't seen it, you should. It was well done and really makes you think about fast food, even though I haven't eaten any in weeks.
Well, all the wiggling worked! I am down one pound today! YEah! I remembered I had to walk in place or something for 20 minutes after I ate to get my blood sugar down when I was prego. So why not do it while losing weight? I am trying to make it so I can still watch a couple of my favorite shows, and still excersise through them. We don't have the cable in the bedroom with the treadmill!
So if anyone reads this while thinking they need to lose weight, but unable to excersise rigourously, you don't have to! JUST WIGGLE! It gets your heart rate up, your muscles moving, your blood sugar down, and if you are not in the best shape, you can last longer because it is not strenuous.
Good luck to everyone! |

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Life's been busy!
This is my last day with Lipovarin. We ran out of them today. I am still hoping to reach my goal of 155 by the wedding on Saturday, so I will come back here to post if I made it. I'm down 10 pounds so far, with two to go in 4 days. I can do it!
Best of luck to everyone in reaching your goals! |

Hi all,
sorry I have no been updating. I got laid off last wednesday so I have been one without a computer
anyways, just wanted to come on and let all of you know I've lost another 5 lbs!
I am at 140 now..woohoo...obviously I did not lose the 20 lbs I needed but I am so happy I lost 10 lbs in less that 3 weeks.
I feel good and look good! Yippee!
Only thing is, I am scared to gain all the weight once I stop taking Lipovarin.
Will update more if I get a chance!
the wedding is on Fri & Sat..so I'm sure my family will still think I'm too big/fat! Blahhhh! |

Hey all! Well, tomorrow is D-day, huh? I won't be home to weigh myself tomorrow because I'll be in Mexico for a wedding, but today I was 156.5, so I doubt I will make my goal of 155 by tomorrow. I'm still very happy, though. I've lost a total of 10.5 pounds since the start of the challenge. I wish everyone much luck and I'll check in on Monday to see how everyone did.
Have a nice weekend! |

What? No reports on the our official weight loss since the challenge is over? I was in Mexico for the past three days. What 's everyone elses excuse.
I have no idea what I weighed on the 6th because I was on vacation, but I came back a half-pound heavier, even with only eating protein and veggies and getting lots of activity over there.
Oh, well. I finished with a 10-pound loss and a size down. That's pretty darn good in my book. How did the rest of you do?
As you may already know, I've finished my pills and am now doing it alone. Okay, I am taking some caffeine pills in the morning just for an energy boost.
I'll check in on you guys from time to time. Oh, maybe you've joined the new challenge. I'll check over their, too.
Best of luck!!!! |

I'm here, too!
I was in California for my wedding shower... Fun but sure was hard to leave to come back to Michigan!
I haven't weighed but I feel good and wore a cute outfit. I will join a challenge for the next 2 months.
Sandy, please do stay in touch
More later!

Well, I didn't do too bad. I ended the challenge on Saturday at 195 lbs. That is an 8 lb loss. Yeah! I have joined the one month challenge and hope to go down 10 lbs this time. I am just soooo happy to step on the scale and not see the 200's! I can't wait till I am at 180. That was where I was on my wedding day. My ultimate goal is to be able to have mu hubby come home and see me in my wedding gown, but it be too big!
Well That is a ways away, but I WILL get there.
Glad to see everyine else did well too! Congrats! I hope to see you guys around. ALso, I think with many of us getting off Lipovarin, we should have a challenge on this site for people using whatever they want, but working together as a support group. That way if someone wants to be in a chalenge, they don't need to find one for their specific weiht loss program. What do you guys think? |
