How about something like Self-Challenge, to be better than we are today...healthier, more fit and feeling overall better than we feel today. People can send in their weight weekly or just a starting weight and finishing weight, if they prefer. Or just a goal they hope to reach! We can encourage and support others the way we, ourselves, need the support. We can share healthy recipes and diet secrets we've learned on our own. Maybe we could also rate and discuss the differences between the Lipovarin and others used.
What do you think? I, for one, need workout buddies and support and don't have an actual "physical" workout buddy with my work schedule - I also love to give support and get a lot from reading about others experiences. I live in an area where it's hard to get and stay motivated so, it'd be a great help. I can't speak for Losingtowin, but I think we agree about it being a benefit!
Please let us know - we lost some people it seems but I bet we gain a whole new enthusiastic group. Then, maybe the others will show up again.
Maybe the challenge can go until Labor Day weekend??? Here's hoping... Have a good day!

Oh, I am excited about this new forum! It's fun to motivate one another and to set up challenges.
Light--Will this be on the Lipovarin board or the main board? I checked both and didn't see it, so I just assume it's not up yet. Thanks for doing this for us!
Bleach--How are the wedding plans coming along? I see you had a good time at the shower. Good for you!
Losingtowin--I noticed you had asked a question about green tea on another board, back in July, that didn't get answered. Dr. Perricone was on Oprah (I just watched the re-run on this show) and stated that if you just replaced green tea with the coffee that you normally drink in a day, you would lose 10 pounds in a month. This is without any other changes to your diet, although he said that if you also ate berries (particularly blueberries) and some protein, like egg whites, for breakfast and salmon (this guy is big on salmon) and veggies for both lunch and dinner, that in three days you would notice a big improvement in the skin on your face...rosy cheeks, fine lines being smoothed out, just a younger looking face.
He had a couple of women in the audience who had tried his program. One lost 8 pounds in a month and she really didn't need to, and she did look as if she had had a chemical peel done to her face (they showed a before shot). She looked radiant! Actually, both women looked as if they were about 5-7 years younger after being on the diet for a month.
Can't wait to see you guys on the other challenge forum! Oh, and I not only lost that half-pound I had gained in Mexico, but another pound to boot!

WOW! Good for you Sandy!
I had read an article about green tea and it said if you drink 3-5 cups of tea a day it will increase your weight loss. Since then I have been having 4 cups a day mixed with Crystal light lemonade ( I don't like tea) and I think it may help. I noticed if I skip a day or two but do everything else the same, I don't do as well!
I can't wait to see where the new challenge forum will be! I have loved this support and it has helped a lot! Even though I only lost 8 lbs on the last challenge, I have lost 15 lbs since I started to lose weight! I can't wait for the next 15!
I think having a forum where anyone can start challenges or be involved in a challenge where you don't have to use the same thing is great! It would be very interesting to hear how other people using other things do in the same time.
I would love to have a challenge up to labor day! That is sort-of what the one-month challenge is, but limited to lipo users, which I may stop soon.
Let's go everyone! My goal by Labor day is to lose 14 lbs. That would put me at 182! (I gained a lb yesterday! My fault, I gave in to a big pile of mac-n-cheese!) That may be a bit high, but I will sure try! I will be happy if I make 10, but ecstatic if I make 14! I want to be ecstatic!
