Exercise for weight loss & heart health
I started dieting a month ago at 378 lbs. For the past couple of weeks I've also been exercising, usually 10-20 minutes on the treadmill and a 30 reps on a weight/resistance machine. My biggest reason for wanting to lose weight is my heart. I'm only 20 years old and I sometimes have chest pains.
When I have been exercising hard, sometimes my heart feels weak. What kind of exercising should I be doing if I want to both lose weight and make my heart stronger?

Sounds like your doing great!
Have you had a check up with your doc since you've started? I think thats always a great idea.
Treadmill walking is a great cardio workout and if your anything like me (I tend to move at a glaziers pace) once you start getting bored with your speed try to go for longer OR try to up your elevation. It makes a world of difference!
Watch what your eating but dont cheat your self calories!
