I've been reading up on Lipovarin for awhile now and I've noticed that this product seems to work very well for those who are actually overweight and should really lose the weight. I've noticed that for those that it doesn't work for they are not over weight. I've seen a lot of negative comments and a lot of positive comments about Lipovarin and that's what I've noticed. I believe that this product is mainly for over weight people, not for people who aren't over weight that just want to be thinner. I think that those people who aren't over weight should try something else. I'm 50lbs over weight and I really need to lose this weight so as soon as I can find out a way to purchase Lipovarin I'm going to. I'll let you all know when I start using it and I'll keep a journal so you can all see my success, if there is success. =)

I've had fantastic results so far! |

And I am not officially considered 'overweight'. My original goal was to lose 20 pounds... and I have lost 5 pounds in my first 11 days using Lipovarin. I have made dietary changes to go along with the supplement and I've really stepped up my water intake. I'm sure both of those changes have made a huge difference but I believe the Lipovarin is the reason that my carb cravings have completely disappeared - and that is the one thing that is my downfall when it comes to weight loss.
I hope you have great success with your weight loss goals, Andrea! Several of us are starting a weight loss challenge today with a goal to lose 15 pounds by August 6th - come and join us! The more people we have to cheer each other on, the better!
Best of luck!

Thanks Cheri, I am really excited. I've always been over weight, my whole life and I've attempted to lose weight by exercize or diet and have always failed. Recently though I've joined a gym and have been going faithfully, I actually really enjoy it and my eating habits aren't as bad as they were before, I'm starting to eat more responsibly. I'm hoping that Lipovarin really works for me because I'm tired of being over weight. Time to shape up and be happier with myself =) I will be joining you and others in this challenge to lose weight as soon as I recieve my first bottle. My goal is to lose 50lbs, I'm not sure what time frame I should make that for yet. Maybe we'll say 50lbs by October 1st? Does that sound reasonable? I have no clue.

My weight loss struggle started after my son was born 2 years ago. Before that I was very lucky and pretty much ate what I wanted and didn't gain weight. I don't know if it was the bedrest, c-section or having a child at the age of 30 that made the difference (or maybe a combination of the three!!!!), but I have struggled to lose the last 20 pounds of the 40+ pounds I gained during pregnancy witih no luck. I have no willpower because I've never had to have it before and it's frustrating - so I can completely understand what you are going through. Twenty pounds doesn't sound like a lot but when you're 5'1", it's a lot - even 5 pounds really shows.
Typically, two pounds per week is a healthy amount to lose. If you figure that Oct. 1st is about 13 weeks away, I'd say the average weight you could expect to lose is around 25 - 30 pounds. If you are working out also, that is great! The more lean muscle you build, the more fat your body will burn so you will probably lose more than 2 pounds per week.
From what I've read here and what I've experienced, the key to being successful with the weight loss is to really step up your water intake! Also, eat more whole foods. I'm a carb addict so that is my downfall. I limit myself to two pieces of bread per day and I make sure that I buy the high fiber stuff. I've found that I really like the new Sara Lee bread that has 30% of the recommended daily amount of fiber and calcium in it. You want to make sure that any bread you buy has at least 3 grams of fiber per slice. Do you like nuts? I have found that when I get a craving for a snack, trail mix is a good 'fix' for me. It has raisins in it, which adds that little bit of sweetness to it, but nuts are a good source of protein.
I'm looking forward to hearing your progress - it sounds like you already have a jumpstart on things with the working out! Keep it up!

I think everyone doing the challange should put before and after, or before and progress and after pictures. I'm going to put a picture up in my journal on the day that I start so everyone can see me now then in a couple months I'll post another, and then once I reach my goal, another =) I really hope this works. I'm also taking Apple Cyder Vinager right now, I don't know weather to stop once I start taking Lipovarin of if I should keep taking it, any thoughts? ACV sure works to empty my stomach after a meal but I haven't noticed it doing anything else for me. I just feel more hungry more often. Meh. Oh yeah and my order at eVitamins for my Lipovarin is on backorder, haha, it's that popular, crazy. So I have to wait longer which is a bummer.
So I've cut out white bread all together which is really good for me because that's all that ever seems to be in this house but I started buying my own bread, flax seed and multi-grain, i love it. I do like nuts to and I usually buy almonds, just plain almonds which is kinda boring, but they're healthy so why not. The only sweets I let myself have is low-fat organic ice cream - very little, or frozen yogurt, and dark chocolate. Mmmmm i can't live without chocolate! HAHA! My sisters a really healthy person and she says it's alright to eat dark chocolate once in awhile when you just need that sweet kick. It's a good thing cus if not I don't know what I'd do. Hehehe. So, even though I don't mind eating healthy, yeah those cards always come back and taunt me. It's soooo soooo hard not to eat cards once in awhile and I wonder when I break down once in awhile if I'm jeprodizing everything and just wasting my time working out. Ugh. Losing weight sure isn't easy. Well I'll stop babbling now.
Anywho, thanks for your support and thoughts Cheri =) I really appreciate it. |

Especially when we're working toward a goal that is really challenging! And what could be more challenging than losing weight???? But those darn actresses sure make it look like it is, don't they???? I guess if it was easy, we'd all be thin, right? *sigh* I've heard about the Apple Cider Vinegar before, but have never tried it. Is it supposed to help detox your digestive system? I'm not sure if it would matter if you keep taking it while taking Lipovarin... perhaps Light can answer that one for you.
Is there a place to post pictures on this site? I know Light (site admin) mentioned it, but I haven't seen anywhere on here that hosts pictures. That would be a good motivator, though! Plus, I like to see who I'm chatting back and forth with!
HUGE bummer that your Lipovarin is on backorder!!!!! How long will you have to wait for it?
Yep, if you're gonna eat chocolate, they say dark chocolate is best... I've been trying to stay away from it all because if I eat just one, I want more... and more... and more... So it's best for me to just stick with yogurt or fruit. |

| Taking the Apple Cider Vinegar is fine while taking the Lipovarin. In terms of your order you can get it in store at the "Vitamin Shoppe" or direct from the manufacturer at lipovarin.com |

Apple Cider Vinager isn't doing much for me so I think I'll stop. I started taking Weight Smart MultiVitamins with Grean Tea Extract and it's weird, the first time I took them I had so much energy but now, I can't see a difference. I really hope I can see a difference with Lipovarin. I've been working out at the gym for a couple weeks now and I haven't lost any weight, I don't think I've lost inches either =( This makes me very sad, it's so darn hard to lose weight, I hate it. I hate feeling like I'm wasting my time. I ordered Lipovarin from EVitamins cus it's $10 cheaper, I don't mind waiting...well for some things...

I just bought my first set of 3 week weight loss program |
|
|
| I got it on All web Nutrition - I believe for 2nd day air, the total was $154. I can't wait to start it, work out, eat right and lose some weight -- FAST! I have to lose some weight before August 6th. My brother's wedding is that day! I currently weigh 150 @ 5'5. I want to get down to about 125 or 130. Do u think I can do it? |

| Jae- Twenty to twenty-five pounds in only 3 weeks? That's a little too fast I think. Even if you lose ten to fifteen pounds, and that's still a lot in that short a time, you will look awesome. Are you exercising at all? |

| Hey, it all depends on what you do and how your body responds. I say you COULD lose the weight but really, it all depends. If you diet and excersize like a crazy woman and take the pills then possibly you could lose that weight, again depending on your body. The only thing you can do is try and then will you know what your body is capable of. Good luck! |

if you starve yourself sure you could lose all that weight, but thats not the right way to do it. I say 3 pounds a week max probably will lose 5-7 pounds your first week if you do it right.

Yeah keep a journal, we'll read it, we'll reply to it. I love reading about peoples success.
It's been taking awhile for my Lipovarin to get to me, I used my Moms credit card so it's being shipped to her and she is 400km away so she has to ship it to me when she gets it. She told me it took almost 3 weeks for her to get the Aquadrene, I'm patiently waiting. In the mean time I've been taking Apple Cider Vinager which I didn't find anything special about it, and now I'm taking CLA-Conjugated Linoleic Acid as well as a Multi-Vitamin with Green Tea Extract. I'm trying everything I can that I can get at the pharmacy that's inexpensive until I get the Lipovarin. So far working out at the gym for 3 weeks and taking those hasn't made me lose any weight. I can't get discouraged though. My body is getting more toned though which is good.
Anyways, good luck to everyone on their weight loss goals. |
