Hey everyone, I'm new to the board although i've been reading it for awhile. I just bought my first bottle of lipovarin at the vitamin shoppe and i'm going to start logging all my weight results and everything on here. I hope i get to know you guys more! I'm so excited about my lipovarin! Yay!

Hey guys =)
I have recently purchased my first bottle of lipovarin, coming to me within days...I am a little skeptical of my purchase, fear of this hurting me rather than helping. Most of the reviews I have read are wonderful, but i have seen quite a few with bad results...can you guys help comfort a skeptical girl?

my stats as of 7/6/05 I'm only gonna do my waist measurements because that is mainly where i keep the bulk of my weight.

Weight: 158 (which is 2 pounds down from what i started yesterday)
Mid Waist-32 in.
lower waist-37 in.

so far i'm sleeping fine and really dont have much of an appetite. Kinda of had to for breakfast this morning. Anyways so far so good. I'll keep you guys posted and if anyone's doing a weight loss challenge i'd love to join.

oreo you still need to eat a little something when taking it I found that when I take my pills I need to eat then if I feel kind of queasy or eat shortly there after even if its just a nutrigrain bar or something of the sort.
