alli
I have been taking alli now for about 3 days. I only take it with meals that contain fat, I was worried about the side effects at first because I heard so much about them but so far I haven't gotten any except for a little flatulence. I'm not eating meals high in fat though. For breakfast I'll usually eat yogurt or a banana, for lunch I'll eat soup, and half a sandwich (wheat bread, and turkey) no mayo! or a veggie burger. For dinner I'll have grilled chicken or fish with a veggie and rice or a baked potato. As long as you eat right there's no side effects!
I have never brought myself to use weight loss pills. The reason I feel this way is because I believe that in order to lose weight AND KEEP IT OFF a person has to change their lifestyle. This means that you need to change your eating habits and also do a bit of exercise. Whatever you choose to do is better than sitting around all day, every day.
I wish you luck with your pilss (whatever they are) and I only hope you do not read about some newly discovered side effects in 10 years by the FDA.
