HEY GUYS!
I am headed out to buy my first bottle of lipovarin, and I would like to join your weight loss challenge!
I am Looking forward to the weight loss, and the support from everyone on here!
I have followed your comments and questions for some time now, and I feel it is my time to get on the wagon!

Well I have not had any real changes, but I feel good!
Can anyone tell me what they have added to their life to aid the lipovarin?
I have been drinking more water than ever, and it feels great, and I run 2-3 times a week...is there anything else you guys have changed in habit???

Courtney, I started lipovarin yesterday and I have cut out all fast foods / fried foods. I also eat only multi grain / wheat breads. I go swimming to keep my energy up and it's a great workout for muscles i didn't know existed 
We can do this together Since we both just started!
