Hi Kaylan,
I also needed help. I got a lot of support. I had to lose the weight because I was exhausted. It was not about body image for me, but I just did not feel well. It is like I was carrying a 75 pound fat pack on my back every time I moved. I could not do that now if my life depended on it. So, I took some lessons from my parents! Yeah, I had to go back and act like the partental units
So, I can remember watching them feed young children (they always had foster kids). They would give them small, frequent meals throughout the day, higher in protein. What happens when you eat a lot of carbohydrates, your insulin level will over correct and you will soon become hypoglycemic and then this drives the hunger back up. I was always hungry. My stomach "thought" that my throat had been cut
So, try and eat small, frequent meals throughout the day, trying to get lean a little heavier on the protein. This will lead to satiety and I think, atleast for me, in about 2 weeks, I started to not be so hungry.. Please let me know if you have any thoughts, comments, or suggestions. Thanks for listening. |

| I think you should eat more proteins and that'll help ease the hungry all the time feeling. |

| Maybe you have to take some therapy to control your appetite, and it could be some problem in your body. Maybe you eat after you feeling depress, and that's the way you heal yourself |

You may need to increase your protein intake. I find that when i exercise, i am hungrier...but thats to be expected considering you are working your body and burning fuel. So take a look at what type of foods you are eating...stock up on fruits/veggies/protien. I also take daily supplements to help me get all the goodies my body needs. I currently use an acai berry supplement. i tried it for free from here: wwww.adsjmp.com/track.asp?a=CD5206&b=13532&d=0&l=0&p=0&o=FreeTrial
you can check it out and try it for free to see if you like it....but you def. need some kind of supplement/vitamin to help keep your body healthy. and write down what you eat so you can take a look back over a week and see if you are eating the right combo of foods. |

I found this website that goes into great detail about all the fake hoodia out there and also identifies the ones that WORK. The site was created by Dara Torrin who works as a Research Specialist and used her research skills to study Hoodia. She also used hoodia appetite suppressants to successfully lose weight herself. I ordered the Hoodia Prime and have had good results so far!
Here's the site: http://www.weightzover.com/index.html |
