There is nothing bad about eating. What it comes down to is WHAT you are eating and how MUCH you are eating. My guess is you have an issue with quality of choices and also portion control. Is this true?

You like to eat then use it to your advantage. Eat smaller, healthier servings of food more often. Start the day off with oatmeal. An hour later have a yogurt. An hour later an apple, then a banana then maybe a cheese stick. For lunch have a salad. Then have similar snacks till dinner and then maybe small snack after dinner. Small, healthy snacks are better than junk food binges.

It is great to eat like this if you are trying to lose weight. It keeps your metabolism up and this will allow your body to lose weight.

You must eat to lose weight and then only if you choose wisely and control your portions.

First of all so you all know who i am, my name is Noah Shahin, i am a certified personal trainer. Like the others have said you need to control proportion sizes, also keep in mind that can be difficult for 2 reasons, mainly we as a society are used to over eating on a consistant basis. Another thing is if your not making good food choices, if your body isnt getting nutrition its going to keep craving. So your looking for a solution, when i first came across this the only reason i tried it is becuse of how skeptical i was. i had others swear how well it works and by day 3 of this program it was undenialabe how well it works... please call me or email me with any questions or skeptisim, but all i can say is i wouldnt back it with my name if it wasnt real, and there is there is a money back guarentee. it is very affordable. startchangingtoday.com

any questions please get ahold of me. your sucess is inevitable (pardon all the spelling) i will personally coach anyone threw the program.

Hi

I've looked at lots of different diets and, to be honest, most of them
are just crap, full of promises about what they'll do for you but never
really delivering the goods.

I've spent a fortune on different diet books, programs, weightwatchers
and all kinds of pills potions and powders but never really got anywhere.

Not for long anyway.

I'd lose a bit of weight then put in on again just as fast.

But these last 30 days I've been using a free diet from a personal trainer
over here in the UK. It's called the Elimination Diet and works really well for me and I've found not only my weight changing but my hair, my skin,
my nails are are all a lot better too.
This diet is the only one I've ever come across that really does the trick...

...for me at least.

(I'm like an evangelist for this now, I'm telling everyone!) : )

There are over 24,000 people using it at the moment so it must be good, right : )

You can download a free copy at daxmoy-pts.co.uk/elimination1.pdf

Let me know how you get on!

I think habit of not eating more or taking some jim not the best solution of this problem. If any body may do 18 hrs work but if he has total mental peace then he will never face this type of problem.

Loose Weight
&
Keep it off the Healthy Way.

Can you loose weight permanently? Absolutely!!!
Can you do it without risking your health? Absolutely!!!
Can you accomplish this great goal with a personal coach,
(Free of Charge) to help guide and support? Absolutely!!!

Loosing weight the healthy way has many variables according to how your body reacts to input. Here is one example, the starvation mode:

Every body needs specific nutrients in order to operate and function efficiently as it is designed to do. When these nutrients are not supplied in the quantities needed, the body will kick into a self preservation mode of storing resources in the form fat. In essence a person can overeat while at the same time starving their body. This condition in turn puts pressure on vital internal organs as they battle for the limited supply of nutrients, thus causing a variety of seemingly unrelated health issues. In addition the added weight adds an even heavier burden on the already over worked and under fed organs causing the bad health snow ball to increase in size.

Most weight loss plans and schemes focus solely on loosing weight which makes the condition more times than not worse. Not only is the body starved of needed nutrients, it is now robed of fat stores. After the weight is lost and the plan is put on the shelf because we have had enough food deprivation, the weight comes back with a vengeance which most people who struggle with weight issues have experienced as their hopes for a slimmer look are dashed.

Why not loose weight while achieving proper nutrition at the same time? Not only do you want to look good but you also want to feel good with more energy and vitality all at the same time.

There is help and hope.

dont go for those centres OR TAKE ANY TYPE OF DIET PILLS.. not everyone are able to get something out of there and some times or most have rebounds and turning even fatter and danger.. and ITS NOT HEALTHY!!

i have something which you might want to consider instead and if 3mths time you never slim down.. you can 100% refund and get back $... its a natural way.. 99.9% who bought this slims down and maintain.. you dont have to eat so less or what just need balance diet.. trust me it works as i have seen people who tried they slimmed down till now still same..

0.01% is because they never follow..

they are extreme happy about it and this is natural way not something weird or odd..

my msn is tay_yong_chuen@hotmail.com can add me to check out more.. or sms me at 91262906 (singapore)

no obiligation wont force you or what.. just to share with you and help you only..

yes i do understand that most or all people do put assurance first..

however, i would strongly recommend you to know about what i have first unless you know it 100% of the informations.. before you put anyone off from what i am going to share about.. and if till then anyone still disagree with what they saw and see.. even from real data and people.. i am fine with it.. my concern is only that people really know about it anot..

and i wouldnt want to share about something which doesnt work..

if you willing to give me the chance to share about it be it you think you that you know alot about it.. feel free to contact me

I like to eat too!! Nothing better than breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I found what helps most is eating snacks and measuring them out. If I'm hungry for doritos, I eat doritos, but I limit myself to one serving size, just a few chips. I do this with all my favorite foods and I still see results and I stay satisfied. I eat more of the healthy foods, but I never deny myself of my favorites. Snack a lot on the healthy foods, but when your hungry for junk food, eat it, but eat a small portion so you don't fall off track!
