Hi,

I came across this forum in searching for some kind of support group for Reductil users. A lot of these posts don't offer very much info on individuals' experiences, so I thought I'd contribute mine to help others through their own experiences in using or deciding to use Reductil.

I started taking Reductil today. I am a 22-year-old female, hoping to lose 20 pounds with Reductil. I intend to lose any further weight without medication. I anticipate using Reductil for no more than 4-5 months.

So far, my side effects include slight dizziness and headache, as well as dry mouth. I have drunk so much water today and still feel thirsty. I exercised lightly for 90 minutes, which I will continue three times a week. The Reductil seemed to increase my energy and stamina, as usually I am only able to exercise for 30-60 minutes.

I will continue to report any losses, side effects, etc during the coming weeks. Hopefully my journal will be of use to some of you, and I wish everyone luck with their weight loss.
