antioxidants, hoodia, b12, acai, and teas. Stay away from coffee and heavily caffeinated stuff like those disgusting energy drinks.

Try Brazilian Body Shot. I have two of these a day. One before each workout a day. It is allot more affordable and all natural. You get free shipping on it at funkyrat.com.

I think most people generally get a little tired around 3 pm if you work a typical 9-5 type of office job, because your sitting down all day, probably on the computer for a good part of the day which makes your eyes tired, then of course if you eat a heavy meal with a lot of sat. fats, simple carbs, or oils, then that tends to wear you down.
I find that by eating smaller meals more frequently during the day, I feel better.  I also drink a lot of water and take a mult plus a fish oil pill which also helps too.
I do go to the gym after work (6:30pm) so I definitely know what its like to be tired after a long day at work and to know that I still got 2 hours of fun in the gym.
One more thing, try to eat a light snack that has protein in it 30-45 minutes prior to going to the gym.  It might do the trick too.
