So I got paid for this 18 lbs in 4 days diet... Anyone tried it? Seems legit. S'basically a starve diet... But it doesn't starve you...?

Yes I tried it about a month ago and lost about 8-10 pounds, I was so excited.....I have an extremely hard time with losing weight and this diet really worked for me. Before I started it I was at 149 pounds and got to 139.5 in 4 days,I have also kept it all off and I am thinking of starting it again next week, have about 15-20 pounds I would love to lose.....
