Taking less than the suggested dosage..

I just purchased Lipovarin and noticed that it suggests to take 6 pills a DAY! I want to take less but am wondering if it will still be effective... is there anyone who is taking less than 6 pills and has noticed that it is still helping? Thanks.

I took the 3 wk rapid sys and like you thought that was just too many pills. I did see some results, lost about 12 lbs within 3-4 weeks. Of course I also dramatically changed my diet too. About 3/4 way thru the pills, I decided that maybe they (sterling-grant) knew more about it than I did and started taking the recommended dosages....what a difference. Now I wished I had done that all along. I haven't been taking anything for awhile now and am still doing ok with diet and started walking 3 miles a day. The weight is coming off slowly but am going to start the 3 wk system again...this time at full dosage. I think along with the diet and exercise, I expect to see dynamic results. Or hopeful anyway....
