Speaking from experience, I found that working out at home wasn't enough for me. Since I have been going to 24 Hour Fitness, I can choose from a variety of ways to work out. Not only can I do your ordinary cardio machines and weights...but mix up some free group classes or relax in the sauna from time to time.
What ways do you mix it up at the gym? |

That is true, many people buy memberships and never use them Maybe it is because the gym never appealed to their needs in the 1st place? Like for me, 24 Hour Fitness is affordable and it has a lot of features. I feel like I get a lot of the $ I spend. Plus, there are so many convenient locations, so that I'm not driving 30 miles to get a good workout!

My life is too busy for the gym so I do all my workouts at home using exercise videos

That's exactly what I thought before. I work and go to school, so I know all about busy schedules. That is why I am glad a gym like 24 Hour Fitness has gyms that are open 24/7...so I have control over what time I choose to work out. It's great to be offered that convenience. |

I also prefer the gym. Its good for me to get out of my house. And I have made several new friends at the gym, whom we share common interests.
And lately, I have got a little "fan club", so far five guys who admire the zeal and intensity I have been approaching with my workouts lately, particularly now that I have dipped into single digits body fat. |

For me it has to be going out to the gym, I don't have the room or the cash to set myself up at home and I would question my disciplin if I did all my exercise at home.
I like the effort it takes to leave the house and go, it's also very challenging for me to fit in my gym sessions with my VERY busy life! |

| Id rather be at home than the Gym. I don't really like to workout in front of other people! Sometimes though its hard to stay on track working out in and around the house. |

I love the gym. I use to workout at home about 9 years ago. It's so easy to get off track.
If you go to the gym, you're more likely to actually do your full workout than if you worked out at home. |

Home!!
I hate the gym, and really don't like anyone seeing me workout. I'm not the most graceful or coordinated person. I like being able to rewind and perfect moves I've missed. Plus working out at home makes more sense time wise. You add approx 30 min getting to gym/ changing etc, and then another extra 30 min leaving. |

| I honestly prefer working out at home, but I do enjoy the time that I get away from my kids at the gym or parks while working out. So I am in a toss up in that question. I just know that working out home though leads to being distracted easier. The gym though has alot more stuff than I could ever afford! So I prefer the gym! |
