Hey,
So I am 18 and really considering taking this Diet pill. I started a new job and I sit at a computer alllll dayyy long and since my start date and not moving as much as i used to I have gained 15 lbs!!!! so.. This is the time to QUIT gaining, my ONLY concern..

Any of you feel jittery, shakey, dizzy? I have taken Stacker 3 before DID NOT WORK! but it made my heart race and i felt HORRIBLE while on the pill.

Does Alli do this to any of you??

No it doesn't. But if you do eat bad stuff, expect to be in the bathroom quite often.

I have been on Alli for almost 3 weeks and to be honest, I don't think I've really noticed a difference. I've been trying to eat better and exercise around 4-5 times a week. I have the kids at home right now (which consist of my 10 year old stepson, my 7 year old daughter, and my 9 month old daughter) so sometimes it's hard to find time right now with all of them, so I've been walking in the mornings for about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the day.

I've pretty much can only say that I've noticed a pound difference. I gained 50 pounds while pregnant and have been on a stuck on 194. I was bad though and gained a few pounds quickly after that. When I started taking Alli I had just gained about 4 pounds pretty quickly. I ended up losing those 4 pounds in 2 days on Alli and then an extra pound. I'm around 192.6 right now, but it seems to fluctuate right now between 191 to 193 but hasn't really moved lately.

Based on that, I really don't think that Alli is working for me. I think the weight that I lost could have been lost without the help of Alli.

I told myself though that I'd finish up the bottle just to make sure it doesn't work, but I don't plan on buying any more pills.
