Proper amount of cycling...
What is the proper amount of cycling (in distance) for quick weight loss?
Today I cycled for about 45 minutes before weight lifting for twenty. Then, I went back and cycled more for about 30 minutes. All in all, I did about 33 miles. Is that adequate? Excessive? Is the more, the better? If so, what is the minimum.
