Well how would u feel being called a shill?

YOU SHOULD FEEL OFFENDED?????? How do you think Beeber felt when you called her a drug peddler, a sham and accuse her of being the agent Dora? These allegations are patently false! By the way, yguy is and has been my agent for more than a year.

Hothead,

I am sure you feel like you are under fire with the responses to your posts. People on this site for the most part truely seem to want to share experiences and help others. Most of us have been burned and probably more then once and if we can help others not fall into the same traps we will. The only effective way to do that is to bring possible scams into the "light" as quickly as possible. I'm sure sometimes it seems rude and unfair but they are preying on people on this site because they know we have major limitations for sources and very little recourse for recovering our money. Sorry and best of luck on your weight loss journey!

I was simply stating the obvious.
If you have a gripe with someone, take it private.
Otherwise, it just looks like you want to create drama.

Hey Deebee Smile Well said. Smile
I think you are very nice.

Wise words, Dee Applause
I'm with ya on that one. Not to say that we can't speak out publicly here, but sometimes PM's are a great unused tool.

Well it's been a few weeks since getting my order from the Y-guy. I got the 504's and they are working great. I'm still walking/jogging 3 miles and then my cool down is about 1/2 a mile. So really 3.5 miles at least 3 times a week. I try to throw in an extra day here and there, even if I don't have time for the entire 3.5 miles, I might just get an extra mile in there. It takes about 45 mins. for the 3 miles. Then I slow the treadmill down quite a bit and do another 1/2 mile.

I feel so much better. I quit getting on the scale though. I decided not to weigh myself until I can fit into my "favorite" small jeans!! (lol) When the day comes and I finally get them on, I will weigh myself. I know I'm losing and that's all that matters right now. I would love to be there by x-mas, but I don't care if it takes me another three months, I'm determined to get there and stay there.

I'm trying to increase my walking to more jogging. My husband says it takes a while to build up to that, so I just jog until I think I'm going to die and then I walk until I catch my breath, then I'll jog a little more. I have cut out almost all my sweets and I'm trying very hard to eat healthier and definately smaller portions. When I'm full, I stop eating. I'm also eating a lot slower and it really does make a difference.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my progress. Hope everyone is doing well.

Very Happy I guess I should really introduce myself so that I may get aquainted with all of you. I have never joined a forum before. I took Phen-phen back in the 90's and did really well on it. When I was younger I could eat anything I wanted and never put on a pound, but in my late 30's and newly divorced ,I ate and cooked out of comfort. I absolutely love to cook. Around 4 years ago I started to gain some of the weight I had lost, back. My Mom was being abused by a family member, and ask for help. When I tried to get her help through APS, my family went crazy and would never let me have contact with her again. I worked for years with APS & the Ombudsman to no avail., because my family got Medical as well as Financial power of attorney. She was more than a Mom, she was my best friend. She passed away last Saturday. I was never contacted by my family, my boy's and I were not even invited to her service.
Within the past few years I have really packed it on. Emotional eating, for sure .
A couple months ago I decided I really needed to buckle down and get healthy again. I really haven't felt like exercizing for quite awhile. I order ed Phentramin-D, thinking it would live up to it's claims. All I got was soar boobs.
I didn't realize how much caffine it had. It did not reduce my appetite or increase my energy level at all.
I don't have a problem eating sweets, it's really good bread that I love. For the past few weeks I have been trying the low carb thing, but to me it probably isn't the most healthy diet. I have however, been able to stay away from the love of my life, Bread! I really need to start exercising more as well to get the old metabolism going. Maybe that will give me more energy. Worth a try.
I just want to say thank you too all who post imput on this forum
It helps seeing all the positive feedback and support.
Cheers, Doda

Welcome aboard!!! Sorry to hear about your mom and that story. That's horrible for anyone to endure. I love this forum, you just have to weed through all the BS on here. But there are educated adults on here for the right reasons and they can be very helpful when needed.

PM me if you need any info for Phen. I'd be happy to help you.

Thanks Wgsdrock
I appreciate the welcome. I find comfort that at least my Mom is in a better place! I found out today, that she will be laid to rest with her Dad in Aussie land, which also makes me very happy for her.
I've probably been reading the posts for around two months. Not only are there some very educated people here, but they seem to have a good sense of humor. In the last few weeks I've been able to laugh at some of the comments. You have to have a sense of humor in this life. Anyway Thanks again & cheers! Doda
