I just can't believe it. Worldshippingmeds sent me notification that my money will be refunded for the fake phen they sent. I really did not think this would happen. However, I have to wait the 6 - 12 business days to actually see it materialize.

I have saved the email notifying me, so if they don't put the money back into my account, what sort of action could I take then? I STILL have a problem believing they will refund my money!

Maybe the shipper is different from the company itself, or something, but they have been around awhile, and I've heard alot of complaints, and I think they hope people will be too embarrassed, to ask for a refund, or even question it, so good luck!!

Hi Runner,
The fact that they sent you an email promising you a refund is a good sign. I do hope they make good on their promise.
If they don't I think you could take to small claims court. It would be a pian in the beind though. Where are they located? I wonder if you could report them to the the FTC or another agency?
Anyhow, good luck and let us know how it turns out.
