E-Counseling has helped me - anyone else? |

Hello,
I'm new to the forum here but I thought I'd share my experience with e-counseling. I was tooling around online after trying pretty much all of the advertised solutions -- all the diet pills, all the fad diets, all that stuff. Some of it helped me. I lost 20 pounds on the old Stacker's (with the ephedra), which was great because I went from 175 down to 155. Of course, the ephedra scare scared me off of that and I ballooned back up.
After all of that, I came across a weight loss counselor named Fred Allen. Fred used to be overweight himself, and really understood how hard it was for me to NOT EAT TOO MUCH. Fred isn't just about weight loss, either -- he treats all eating disorders including bulemia and anorexia. Anyway, he helped me drop to 135 and I'm still with him, shooting for 125. It's been a long trip, but I finally feel good about not only my weight, but myself as well.
His program is called Weight Warrior, and he showed me all the things that work against us to try to get us to consume -- and how to battle them. I was hesitant to try e-counseling at first, but Fred offers a free initial assessment on his website. His website is www.weightwarriorworldwide.com and the free assessment is at www.weightwarriorsworldwide.com/contact.php
I just thought I would share this with everyone here in case you wanted to try it, and I'm wondering if anyone else has come across any e-counselors that have helped them or not?
I look forward to being a contributing member of this forum, and perhaps I can share some of the secrets Fred taught me with everyone here. Thanks, and good luck with your weight loss! |
