I'm 35, 5'4" and 155 pounds after two kids. I was down to 150 using a self-made low-carb diet and exercise, but some emotional eating swung me up again in the last two weeks. I want to lose 20 pounds and am still exercising at least three times a week and shoot for 5 (plus yoga). I also drink at least 5 glasses of water a day, but it's probably closer to 6 or 7. I know carbs are my downfall, especially right before my period when I crave bread and chocolate. Give me a chocolate croissant and I'll sell you the house! Laughing

Saw TrimSpa on sale and thought about it, but then read how Lipovarin works better for most. Here's my concern: I can't do caffeine. I drink decaf coffee for the flavor on occasion, don't drink caffeineted sodas, and really only get any "significant" caffeine through chocolate which I'm avoiding. Caffeine makes me feel woozy. lightheaded and shaky. I recently had a low-carb Arizona tea or something and got almost an instant headache. I remember taking one Dexatrim about 10 years ago and I thought I was going to die. I curled up in bed all day and just waited for it to pass. Haven't tried a supplement since.

I know some are taking less than the recommended dosage of Lipovarin because of the caffeine or other reasons. But because of my sensitivity, should I avoid it altogether? If so, can you recommend a caffeine-free weight loss supplement? Thanks!!

If you are that sensitive to caffeine Dont try Lipovarin. Even just one Pill has around 65mg of caffeine that is more then one 12oz mountain dew which i think has 55mg. I dont know of any weight loss pills that are caffiene free sorry =/.
