Hi I'm new and I want some diet/exercise help
I’m almost 36 and I am about 5’5”. I have 2 beautiful daughters and it seems like I have struggled with my weight since junior high or that’s when I first noticed it. As long as I could remember my outfits never fit right and my friends would tease me. My dad never said it but I always felt like he was embarrassed of me and my mom just constantly nagged me about it. When I was in my early 20s I was able to get my weight down to around 134 lbs, but I still felt fat and awkward. Not to mention I slept a lot and had a lot of headaches because I later realized I had substituted smoking and coffee to help keep hunger away. Then I met the man who is my husband and we were married. At first, it was wonderful, but when I became pregnant everything changed. My weight ballooned up to about 180 lbs after my first baby was born. I managed to get it back down to 165, but then I became pregnant again and four years later I’ve tried everything, but nothing is working so far… Sometimes all I can do is cry. I get so angry and it seems the less I eat, the more my weight goes up and then when I exercise it hurts so much and I don’t seem to ever get ahead. I hope that I can find some answers here. I’ve been looking online a lot and there are some good exercise videos and diet ideas, but it just seems like diets and exercise don’t work for me???
A lot of my challenge with weight loss has been developing a routine that I can participate in everyday from home. I'm just too busy with my kids. I've been looking for something on youtube that I can kind of model until I have my own routine. I thought that this workout idea is good, but I don’t know if I can do it every day.
